This week the assignment covers Anticipation and Squash & Stretch. Therefore a bouncing ball had to go through an obstacle course on which we had to apply the basic function of anticipation by using Squash & Stretch. Anticipation is on of the keys to escaping the ‘robotic’ feel of poorly done computer animation and can give weight and physical believability to a character.

This assignment is about TIMING. Therefore I had to animate two balls (one heavy the other light) without using SQUASH & STRETCH.

With the second Animation Mentor Assignment I finally start to animate… Yeah 
. The business of the scene was to create a bouncing basket-, football. I added a leg which kicks the ball to make the shot more interesting. Hope you like it

After struggling with the big css file, the design is finally finished.
The page was recreated with WordPress to get an nicer interface and an integrated blogging system.
In the next few days the page will get more content like links such as ‘about’ ‘animation’ …
There are still a few problems with the InternetExplorer which will be fixed till Sunday
